FAQs
- How much does it
cost?
My current charge is £30 per session
- How long does a
session last?
50 minutes
- Would I have to come
to you?
Not necessarily we can either meet face to face in my clinic or talk on the
telephone at pre-arranged times - it all depends on you
- How often would I
be able to see my counsellor?
Usually once a week to start with but later we could discuss that further
- How long would I need
to come to see a counsellor for?
That all depends on you and we would discuss this fully when we meet. Each
client has different needs
- How long would I have
to wait before a counsellor could see me?
I would contact you within a day or two of your enquiry and would hope to have
our first session within the week
- Is what I talk
about confidential?
Yes, only in exceptional circumstances would a counsellor seek a client's agreement to
break confidentiality and you would be informed before and why
- Are you the right
person for me?
We wouldn't know until we talked, and then you could decide. Normally we would
have a short discussion on the phone, which would help you get to know me
-
