an excellent interactive resource for teenage girls on a variety of topics including healthy eating, keeping fit, sex, body and health and mind & feelings. You don't have to be called Emily to use this site!

The Self Harm Alliance is a national survivor led voluntary group which supports people affected by self-harm. They have a helpline which you can call 01242 578820 from 7pm - 8pm on Weds - Sun. Answer machine at all other times.
